Financial and administrative issues related to our industry will be combined together for a half day workshop in Rome. The need of discussing such subjects came up spontaneously during a pure networking event held in January and called �Aperitif with SITE�. Measuring Return on Investments of the motivational programs is more and more important for our industry in times of economical crisis and this will be an occasion to introduce the subject among those members who are not yet aware of the existence of such techniques. At the same time, new issues related to administrative aspects of our industry are emerging in Italy as some changes have been introduced by the central government after (finally) starting a process that recognizes the industry as a source of incoming for the country. We will make sure to spare enough time for the F&A session with the experts as we expect many questions from participants.
